I work on how authority is read, and where it drifts.
Strategic perception design for established leaders, founders, partners, and senior experts whose level has shifted faster than the way they are perceived.
I grew up in Paris, in an environment where presence is not decorative. It is the first layer of how authority is assigned — before titles, before achievements, before anyone speaks.
That early exposure trained an instinct: noticing how someone enters a room, how they hold space, how silence carries weight, how a single signal can override a full résumé.
Over time, that instinct became a discipline.
What I learned to read — almost without thinking — is now the structure of my work: how perception is formed before expertise is expressed, and how the gap between the two becomes a strategic problem.

Before founding Intrinsic Conseil, I worked in fashion buying — a discipline where reading quality, intention, and hierarchy in seconds is non-negotiable. Nothing about that work was about taste. It was about precision under constraint, about identifying alignment and friction in environments where every detail signals a level.
That training transferred almost directly to the work I do today.
When I read a leader’s authority — across image, language, presence, positioning, room dynamics — I am applying the same discipline: identifying where signals align with the actual level, and where they drift.

Most leaders are not under-skilled. They are misread.
The level they actually hold and the level others perceive stop matching at some point — usually after a transition: a step up in role, a repositioning, an increase in pricing, a wider exposure. The internal level moves. The external signals lag behind.
I call this Authority Drift.
My work is to close that gap, structurally. Not by amplifying visibility, not by polishing image, not by building confidence. By recalibrating how authority is read across four layers — Identity, Position, Context, and Signal — until it is finally interpreted at the level it actually holds.
This framework, the Authority Calibration Model™, is the spine of every engagement.
I work with founders, executives, senior consultants, partners, and established experts — typically with 7 to 20 years of experience — who have reached a new level and now need their external signals to match.
They are not building an audience. They are not learning their craft. They are not looking for confidence.
They are operating at a level that should already be evident, and they are tired of having to over-explain it.
Most of them come to me at one of three moments: a specific high-stakes exposure approaching, a structural shift in role or positioning underway, or a sustained level of public visibility that needs to be governed rather than managed.

I founded Intrinsic Conseil in 2016 to bring rigour to a market that often confuses visibility with authority, image with style, and personal branding with self-promotion.
The work is selective by design.
Each engagement begins with a strategic reading. Not all profiles are accepted, and not all moments are right. When the alignment is there, the work is intentional, structural, and discreet — delivered with a small, trusted team when execution requires it.
Based in France. Working internationally with leaders across 5 continents.

If your authority no longer matches the level at which you operate, the work begins with a reading.
Each engagement is preceded by a precise reading of where authority currently stands and where it must be calibrated. Access is granted by application.
