Strategic direction and hands-on leadership, tailored to your business.

The leadership you need,
without a full-time hire.

Your business has reached a point where important decisions, team coordination and day-to-day execution need more attention than you can give them alone. Hiring a full-time executive may not be the right move, but occasional advice is no longer enough.

I step into a defined leadership role within your business, working alongside you and your team to set priorities, make decisions and oversee their execution.

From commercial development to operational coordination, the scope of my involvement is shaped around what your business needs now — with clear responsibilities and a shared direction.

When everything depends on you,
progress slows down.

You know where you want to take your business. But between managing the team, responding to clients and keeping operations running, the decisions that would move it forward keep getting pushed back.

Commercial opportunities go unfollowed. Projects start but lose momentum. Your team needs direction, and you remain the person everyone turns to for answers.

The issue is not always a lack of ideas or ambition. It is having the leadership capacity to turn priorities into decisions, coordinate the people involved and see the work through.

You need someone who can take responsibility for moving the business forward, not simply tell you what to do next.

A defined leadership role,
not another layer of advice.

Fractional Leadership gives your business experienced strategic and operational direction without creating a full-time executive position. I work alongside you and your team within an agreed scope of responsibility. My role is to help make decisions, lead the work that follows and keep priorities moving — while you retain ownership of your business.

IN THEIR OWN WOrDS

A clear mandate.
A role that fits your business.

Every engagement starts with a conversation about what your business needs, where decisions are getting stuck and what you want to take off your plate.

Together, we define the responsibilities I will take on, the people I will work with and how we will make decisions. The aim is to establish a role that is useful from the outset, rather than add another person to consult.

01 — Define the mandate

We agree on the priorities, scope of responsibility and level of involvement required. You know what I will lead, what remains with you and how we will work together.

02 — Step into the business

I work with you and the relevant members of your team to understand current projects, establish priorities and take responsibility for the agreed areas of work. My involvement is part of your business operations, not limited to periodic recommendations.

03 — Lead and adjust

I coordinate execution, follow through on decisions and keep you informed of progress and issues requiring your input. As the business evolves, we review priorities and adjust the mandate where needed.

The goal is not to make you dependent on another person. It is to give your business the leadership capacity it needs, with clear responsibilities and a way of working that makes sense for you.

Leadership shaped by the realities
of running a business.

My approach comes from working inside businesses, where decisions have to hold up beyond the meeting room.

As an outsourced Commercial & Operations Director, I have led retail negotiations, developed commercial partnerships, coordinated field teams and managed relationships with suppliers and logistics partners. That work has meant navigating competing priorities, resolving operational issues and keeping projects moving while the business continues to run.

I bring that experience into each mandate: a strategic perspective, an understanding of what execution requires and the ability to take responsibility for the work we agree needs to be done.

You get a leadership partner who can move between the bigger picture and the decisions that need to be made today.

FAQ

That depends on the mandate. We agree on the scope, level of involvement and ways of working before starting. The arrangement is designed around the responsibilities I take on, rather than a standard package of sessions.

No. Unlike Marque Pérenne, Fractional Leadership is not limited to a particular sector. What matters is whether your business needs strategic and operational leadership in an area that matches my experience and the responsibilities I can take on.
No. You may know that commercial development is slowing down, that operations need more structure or that too many decisions depend on you, without having a job title in mind. We start by understanding the situation and defining the responsibilities that would make a meaningful difference.
Yes, when the mandate calls for it. I can work with the people responsible for the projects or functions within my scope, coordinate their efforts and help move decisions forward. We establish clear responsibilities and communication arrangements from the outset.
Tell me a little about your business, the situation you are facing and the support you are looking for through the contact form. If your needs align with my scope of work, we can arrange a conversation to explore the mandate and discuss the next steps.
