Intrinsic Conseil is a consultancy specializing in personal branding and image strategy for entrepreneurs, executives, and public figures.

Use of the Website

  • The content provided on this website is for informational purposes only.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any materials without prior written consent.

Services

Intrinsic Conseil offers consulting programs, immersive retreats, intensives, and done-for-you brand management.

The scope, duration, and deliverables of each service are detailed on the dedicated service pages or confirmed during the application process.

Applications & Bookings

  • Certain services (Bespoke, Authority by Design, Retreat) require an application. Acceptance is at our sole discretion.

  • Stage-Ready and similar intensives are available for direct booking and confirmed once payment or deposit is received.

Payments

  • Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, or bank transfer).

  • Deposits (such as 30% for Stage-Ready, or as specified for other programs) are non-refundable, except where otherwise stated.

  • Full payment must be completed before the service begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • For long-term programs (Bespoke, Authority by Design), payment plans may be offered at our discretion.

  • All prices are listed excluding VAT. VAT will be applied at the applicable rate for clients located within the European Union who do not provide a valid VAT identification number. For clients based outside the EU, no VAT applies in accordance with current tax regulations.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Bespoke & Authority by Design: Once the program has started, fees are non-refundable. Sessions may be rescheduled with reasonable notice, within the agreed time frame.

  • Stage-Ready: Must be booked minimum 6 weeks before the client’s event. Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations less than 30 days before the start date are non-refundable.

  • Retreat: Cancellations less than 60 days before the Retreat are non-refundable. Earlier cancellations may be eligible for partial credit, at our discretion.

  • In cases of force majeure, services may be rescheduled but not refunded.

Client Responsibilities

  • Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the service (e.g., professional background, upcoming events, dietary requirements for Retreats).

  • Clients are responsible for attending scheduled sessions. Missed sessions without notice may not be rescheduled.

  • For Retreats, clients are responsible for their own travel and health insurance.

Intellectual Property

  • All materials provided (strategic documents, frameworks, photos, guidelines) remain the intellectual property of Intrinsic Conseil.

  • Clients are granted personal use only and may not reproduce, resell, or distribute them without prior written consent.

Confidentiality

  • All information shared during consulting and programs is treated as strictly confidential.

  • We do not disclose client information to third parties without explicit consent, except where legally required.

Data Protection

  • Intrinsic Conseil complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Limitation of Liability

  • Our services are designed to provide strategic guidance and image management. While many clients experience significant opportunities and results, outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

  • Intrinsic Conseil is not liable for business, financial, or reputational losses arising from the use of our services.

Modification of Services

  • We reserve the right to adapt or update the content, structure, or delivery of our services where necessary, provided that the overall scope and value remain consistent.

Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law.

  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
