I grew up in an environment where style, posture, and presence are not decorative. They are part of everyday life, and part of how authority is read.
From an early age, I became attentive to the unspoken: how someone enters a room, how they hold space, how silence can carry more weight than words. I observed how perception is often formed before expertise is expressed.
Over time, this sensitivity became a discipline. I began to understand how posture, visual coherence, and presence influence trust, legitimacy, and leadership, long before decisions are consciously made.
My work sits at the intersection of strategy, perception, and authority. I help leaders ensure that what they embody is aligned with the level of responsibility they carry.
With a background in product marketing and business strategy, I began my career in the fashion industry, a world where precision, coherence, and decision-making under constraint are non-negotiable.
That experience trained my eye to assess alignment instantly: to read quality, hierarchy, and intention at a glance, and to translate aesthetics into strategic leverage.
When I founded Intrinsic Conseil in 2016, the intention was clear: to bring structure and clarity to the way authority is embodied, not as a moment, but as a long-term position.
